OK, Let’s Cut to the Chase

I don’t like the idea of people making money off of my browsing habits, and if you’re reading this, you probably don’t either.  This is a website where I share my love of paper-crafting and hope that you gain inspiration and enjoy your time here.  If you sign up to receive email updates and newsletters, that’s what your info will be used for.  Period.  It will never be sold.  If you sign in and purchase premium content or products from me, your information will be used to facilitate that transaction and deliver your product to you.  I use Google Analytics to understand, at an anonymous level, how my website is used and–at an anonymous level–where those users are.  There may be cookies used to track website usage, but I don’t have access to that information.  And if I did, I sure don’t know how to find it!  I’m too busy playing with my craft supplies.  This website uses third-party plugins to block evil people with malicious intent from stealing my website or infiltrating it to cause harm to you or to me.  There may be anonymous data captured there (ie IP address) in order to perform that service.  This website also uses technology to identify people who post spam comments.  I’d much rather read your compliments than have you or I have to read thinly-veiled ads for performance-enhancing substances (or worse!).  There may be cookies used to facilitate that security, but it’s not data that I have access to.  In the event that I eventually show Ads by Google or participate in an affiliate-sharing program (you know, to make a little extra cash to pay for all this crafty goodness), I’ll update this section and will clearly tell you when affiliate sharing links are supplied within each page.  I hope after all this, you enjoy the content on this website and feel comfortable that I’ve tried to protect you and I while you’re here, and that I don’t do anything with data that is collected during your visit here–unless you give explicit consent.
