I’m excited to share a recent purchase with you, my Honey Bee Stamps Halloween haul. I saw a fellow crafter’s video using the new Haunted House Builder Add-On die set and realized it would be the perfect addition to the type of cards I like to make.  Ironically, I had just made 4 Christmas cards using a design I created myself.  Those cards are destined for Cards for Hospitalized Kids.  (Interested?  See my post about that here.)  The die set includes an awesome die that not only cuts out the perfect shaped roof, but also includes shingle embossing.  So much better than the brick embossing folder that I used.

I also swooned over the Harvest Festival paper pack and added that, plus the coordinating gems, to my order.  Since I do love all things bling, I also ordered a bunch of confetti and other bling-y, gem-y type embellishments.  I don’t have immediate projects planned for the paper pack, but I am sure I’ll be using it up quickly.  The paper spans the color of the rainbow in different versatile patterns.  If you watch the video below, I show close-ups of each pattern.

This was my first order with them and I love supporting my local Oregon small businesses.  The order was shipped quickly and even included two small gifts.  I discovered a small honey bee stamp and die set in the package, as well as a honey bee enamel pin.  Fun!  On the same day that I received my order, Honey Bee Stamps released their Christmas products.  The Christmas release includes a fun Gingerbread House Add-On die set, plus some candy confetti’s in their Season to Sparkle release.

I do a flip-through of the paper pack as well as closeups of all the bling.

Come back later this week to see the cute Haunted House Box Card that I made using both of the die sets.
